Rod Toomey is a long standing director of Enterprise Finance and Interlease, having held senior management positions with Nissan Finance Corporation and GE Money prior. In addition to being a director of several other entities, Rod is a former committee member of National governing body Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association (CAFBA), and a fellow of The Australian Institute of Management.

Andrew has over 30 years’ of experience with Enterprise Finance as both a consultant and director. His experience in finance has taken him into just about every field of finance for equipment acquisition. Andrew’s extensive history in finance broking gives his clients the advantage.

Daryl established his career in senior management roles in insurance, superannuation and transport before founding Enterprise Finance in 1978, which merged with Interlease in November 2011. He is a founding member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA) where he served as President for three years and a Committee Member for 18 years and continues to be an active member. During his term as President, he was instrumental in the association being admitted to the peak industry body AELA (Australian Equipment Lessors Association) and was responsible for the introduction of an Industry Code of Ethics. He is also a former lecturer in Asset Finance at Melbourne University and Swinburne University.

Gary is a consultant and former long standing director at Enterprise Finance, and a past president of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA). Gary’s business acumen and extensive experience in finance broking is widely recognized. His skills in marketing and negotiating transactions to financiers is matched by few in the industry. A particular strength is his understanding of how manufacturers benefit from new technology and the purchase of capital equipment. Outside of work, Gary is a keen golfer and a member of the VRC, VATC and the Richmond Football Club.

Hao has been working in the equipment finance industry for over 15 years in various senior management roles including two years as General Manager of Enterprise Finance Group (2012 – 2014) before commencing his broking career. Experienced in all aspects of Sales, Credit and Operations, Hao’s technical knowledge allows him to architect the most suitable finance structure for his clients. Service level is exceptional and is his number one priority to his clients. Hao is a family man and enjoys travelling throughout Australia.

A Commerce graduate in accounting, and with chartered and public accounting experience, Phillip has extensive commercial and practical expertise, particularly in retail management. Tax effect, cashflow, and life expectancy of the asset, ultimately determines the structure recommended. Besides being a practical, personable, creative and competent operator, Phillip is also active in sporting and social fields through his involvement with Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, MCC, VATC, VRC, and any good golf course willing to accept his hackers fees!!!

Sue joined Enterprise Finance 30 years ago working as an Executive Assistant and in 2002 commenced as a Finance Broker. Sue has vast experience assisting clients in all fields for commercial equipment finance and motor vehicle finance. The skills that Sue has acquired over her 30 years with Enterprise Finance mean that she is able to understand the specific needs of her clients.

After a career which has spanned almost 50 years throughout Queensland regional towns and cities, Wayne continues to evolve with the ever changing demands and practices of the finance industry.

His strong knowledge and understanding of lending and finance started with one of the four big banks in 1970, he then began his own successful finance business in 1988 and is now Regional Manager Queensland for Enterprise Finance who have a solid understanding of the McDonald’s business structure. In this capacity, Queensland-based Wayne sources, advises on and implements the commercial lending requirements for McDonald’s Licensees.

Anita commenced her finance career in 2001 with an asset finance provider in the medical industry and then as an Executive Assistant to one of the Directors in a large Broking House. Anita joined the Enterprise Finance Team in February 2015 after returning home from her overseas travels. Anita brings with her a strong work ethic and a solid understanding of the finance industry. Anita enjoys working within all aspects of finance with particular emphasis on customer service and coordinating clients throughout their finance needs. Anita has a profound ability to multi task and work under pressure. In her spare time, Anita enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures, visiting wineries, trying out new restaurants and catching up with friends.

Sindy, joined Interlease as an Administrative Support Assistant in 2023. With a background in Information Systems, she is keen to blend her skills with administrative finesse. Outside the office, Sindy channels her creativity into crafting digital content and cherishing quality time with friends and family. A passionate pianist, and loves to explore the world’s diverse cultures and landscapes.
