This combination of skills is unique in the industry and is evidenced in the capacity to set complex transactions for both SME corporate and aviation. Angus joined Enterprise Finance in 2017 and has worked in the equipment finance industry as a broker for four years. Previously managing the equipment finance department for a mortgage broking firm, Angus has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the finance process. Originally from Western Victoria, Angus has a wealth of experience in the agriculture, manufacturing and engineering industries.

Clare started working in the equipment finance industry when she relocated back to Melbourne and joined Enterprise Finance in February 2010. Prior to working in equipment finance, Clare worked as a property manager on the Gold Coast and also spent 5 years working as an Executive Assistant for a large property consulting company in London. Outside of work Clare enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys.

Daryl established his career in senior management roles in insurance, superannuation and transport before founding Enterprise Finance in 1978, which merged with Interlease in November 2011. He is a founding member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA) where he served as President for three years and a Committee Member for 18 years and continues to be an active member. During his term as President, he was instrumental in the association being admitted to the peak industry body AELA (Australian Equipment Lessors Association) and was responsible for the introduction of an Industry Code of Ethics. He is also a former lecturer in Asset Finance at Melbourne University and Swinburne University.

Hao has been working in the equipment finance industry for over 15 years in various senior management roles including two years as General Manager of Enterprise Finance Group (2012 – 2014) before commencing his broking career. Experienced in all aspects of Sales, Credit and Operations, Hao’s technical knowledge allows him to architect the most suitable finance structure for his clients. Service level is exceptional and is his number one priority to his clients. Hao is a family man and enjoys travelling throughout Australia.

Mal initially joined Interlease as an Accountant in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience working for mid-tier public practice Accounting firms. In addition to providing Accounting services, Mal has extended the services to assist his clients with Asset Finance. He enjoys working within all aspects of Accounting and Finance with a great emphasis on customer service. Mal graduated from Swinburne University majoring Accounting & Finance and studied CPA. Outside of work, Mal plays cricket for his local club and enjoys spending time with the family.

A Commerce graduate in accounting, and with chartered and public accounting experience, Phillip has extensive commercial and practical expertise, particularly in retail management. Besides being a practical, personable, creative and competent operator, Phillip is also active in sporting and social fields through his involvement with Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, MCC, VATC, VRC, and any good golf course willing to accept his hackers fees!!!

Anita enjoys working within all aspects of finance with particular emphasis on customer service and coordinating clients throughout their finance needs. Anita has a profound ability to multi task and work under pressure. In her spare time, Anita enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures, visiting wineries, trying out new restaurants and catching up with friends.

Sweeni initially joined Enterprise Finance in 2016 as assistant book keeper and late 2017 commenced the role of Account Executive. She believes her accounting skills will be an added advantage in progressing her finance career. Her top priority is delivering exceptional customer service. She graduated from university with a Bachelor of Business in 2013 and aspires to further develop her knowledge in equipment finance. Anita joined the Enterprise Finance Team in February 2015 after returning home from her overseas travels. Anita brings with her a strong work ethic and a solid understanding of the finance industry. Anita enjoys working within all aspects of finance with particular emphasis on customer service and coordinating clients throughout their finance needs. Anita has a profound ability to multi task and work under pressure. In her spare time, Anita enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures, visiting wineries, trying out new restaurants and catching up with friends.
Sweeni initially joined Enterprise Finance in 2016 as assistant book keeper and late 2017 commenced the role of Account Executive. She believes her accounting skills will be an added advantage in progressing her finance career. Her top priority is delivering exceptional customer service. She graduated from university with a Bachelor of Business in 2013 and aspires to further develop her knowledge in equipment finance. In her spare time she particularly enjoys travelling, trying out various cuisines and is an avid cricket fan.
Jake joined Interlease and started his asset finance career in early 2019. Prior to Interlease, Jake was working in the insurance industry and has a varied history of customer service and technical roles which has helped him build a foundation of strong customer service and organisation skills. He has a high attention to detail and focuses on working quickly, accurately and maintaining a high level of communication with clients.
Parisse joined the Enterprise Finance team in February 2019, she brings with her over 10 years of customer service experience in the financial insurance automotive industry. Her strong work ethic, passion for the financial industry and motto of elevating the customer have seen her excel. Parisse believes in elevating and assisting the customer throughout all their financial requirements ensures every client dealing is a positive one. In her spare time Parisse enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and two young boys.
