Daryl established his career in senior management roles in insurance, superannuation and transport before founding Enterprise Finance in 1978, which merged with Interlease in November 2011. He is a founding member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA) where he served as President for three years and a Committee Member for 18 years and continues to be an active member. During his term as President, he was instrumental in the association being admitted to the peak industry body AELA (Australian Equipment Lessors Association) and was responsible for the introduction of an Industry Code of Ethics. He is also a former lecturer in Asset Finance at Melbourne University and Swinburne University.

Malinda Rathnayake

Mal initially joined Interlease as an Accountant in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience working for mid-tier public practice Accounting firms. In addition to providing Accounting services, Mal has extended the services to assist his clients with Asset Finance. He enjoys working within all aspects of Accounting and Finance with a great emphasis on customer service. Mal graduated from Swinburne University majoring Accounting & Finance and studied CPA. Outside of work, Mal plays cricket for his local club and enjoys spending time with the family.

Besides being a practical, personable, creative and competent operator, Phillip is also active in sporting and social fields through his involvement with Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, MCC, VATC, VRC, and any good golf course willing to accept his hackers fees!!!

Anita joined the Enterprise Finance Team in February 2015 after returning home from her overseas travels. Anita brings with her a strong work ethic and a solid understanding of the finance industry. Anita enjoys working within all aspects of finance with particular emphasis on customer service and coordinating clients throughout their finance needs. Anita has a profound ability to multi task and work under pressure. In her spare time, Anita enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures, visiting wineries, trying out new restaurants and catching up with friends.

Sweeni initially joined Enterprise Finance in 2016 as assistant book keeper and late 2017 commenced the role of Account Executive. Jacob believes that strong business is built on the back of strong relationships and clear communication. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing Aussie rules for his local team or trying his luck at the local golf course and getting back to the family farm in the mallee.
